The Belize reserve is a unique, ecological community, combining environmentally friendly, self sufficient homes; a boutique eco-hotel, wildlife reserve, conservation centre and organic fair-trade gardens, in one of the Caribbean’s most up and coming investment and holiday destinations – Belize.
The project incorporates an area of almost a thousand acres, including stunning lush green rolling hills, streams, natural springs and sub-tropical rainforest. The Belize Reserve is a completely new concept of development that is a perfect balance of property development and environmental protection and awareness. It incorporates several areas of subdivided land plots for building eco-homes; a boutique hotel; wildlife reserve; conservation and research centre. The whole reserve is completely self-sufficient and environmentally friendly – an eco-resort in the truest sense.
Belize Reserve has been awarded a kite mark from What Green Home(www.whatgreenhome.com), a website set up to review eco-friendly homes for sale in the UK and abroad. The kite mark is awarded to developments that they feel are worthy of
recognition because of their commitment to sustainability
and Belize Reserve has been awarded the highest kite mark 'excellent' for achieving five green ticks based on the following criteria: zero-carbon, zero-waste, sustainable water, local and sustainable building materials and sustainable transport.
